1. The store
khandupatta.in ("Khan Dupatta") sells premium wedding and bridal products, including personalised pieces. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. Prices, discounts, shipping and customisation charges are calculated on our servers at the time your order is placed. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
3. Customised products
Personalised pieces are made to your specification. Please review your details carefully — previews are representations and final production may vary slightly. Our artisans review each customisation; we may contact you if anything needs confirmation.
4. Payment
Online payments are processed through our payment partners and verified server-side. Cash on Delivery is offered on selected pieces; COD orders are confirmed by our team before dispatch.
5. Shipping
Standard delivery is 2–3 business days after confirmation; customised pieces add production time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees of arrival dates.
6. Returns & cancellations

7. Intellectual property
Product photography, copy and branding belong to Khan Dupatta. Personalised content you provide is used only to produce your order.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
