1. What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email, mobile number and shipping address. For customised products we also collect the personalisation details you choose (names, dates, text) — these are used to produce your piece and nothing else.
2. How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders
- To verify payments and prevent fraud
- To send order updates (email/WhatsApp/SMS)
- To help you if you contact us
We do not sell your data. We do not use invasive tracking. Marketing emails are opt-in and rare.
3. Payments
Card numbers are handled entirely by our payment partners. We never see, store or transmit card details. Payment status is verified server-side through our payment provider’s signed responses.
4. Data retention & your rights
Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting. You may request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by writing to care@khandupatta.in.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted, access is role-based, and administrative actions are audited.
