Cash on Delivery Policy
Availability
Cash on Delivery is available on most pieces. Some large or special-order items (for example, the First Look Mirror) are prepaid only — each product page states its availability.
How it works
When you choose COD, no advance payment is needed. Our team calls to confirm your order, and you pay the delivery partner when your order arrives.
Order confirmation
COD orders are placed in a pending state until our team confirms them by phone. Confirmation usually happens within one business day.
Carrying exact change
Delivery partners typically carry limited change. Please try to keep the exact amount ready, or use UPI payment at delivery where offered.
Unconfirmed or cancelled COD
If we cannot confirm your COD order (unreachable, or invalid details), it will be cancelled and the reserved stock released back to the store.
No-show returns
If repeated delivery attempts fail, the order returns to us and a restocking fee may apply.
