The names, dates and text you enter for a personalised piece are used solely to produce your order. Please double-check spelling — personalised items are made to your specification.
Preview is a representation
The on-site preview gives you an approximate representation of the final design. It is for representation only — final production may vary slightly in spacing, thread tone and finish.
Artisan review & approval
Every customisation is reviewed by our artisans before production. If anything is unclear or needs confirmation, we will contact you before making your piece.
Change requests
If a change is requested before production begins, we will update your customisation at no charge. Once production has started, changes may incur a remake charge.
Production time
Customised pieces add 3–5 business days to delivery. Your order timeline shows exactly where your piece is.
No-return on personalised pieces
Because personalised pieces are made uniquely for you, they are non-returnable except for genuine defects or production errors (see Returns & Refunds).
