Shipping Policy
Standard delivery
Standard delivery is 2–3 business days after your order moves to confirmed/shipped status. Orders placed before 2 PM IST are typically dispatched the same working day.
Urgent delivery
Selected pieces offer urgent delivery for an additional charge shown at checkout. Urgent orders are prioritised in production and dispatch.
Customised pieces
Personalised products require production time (3–5 business days) after customisation approval. You will see your full timeline in order tracking.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping applies to orders above the threshold shown at checkout (currently ₹999).
Tracking
You will receive tracking details when your order ships, and your order page updates at every step: shipped → out for delivery → delivered.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver across all pin codes of India. Some large pieces (e.g. the First Look Mirror) may have restricted delivery areas — we will confirm before dispatch.
